Purpose of this service
This website allows clients and assigned signers to review booking information, complete questionnaires, access documents, sign agreements, submit requests, and make payments connected to photography services provided by Nic Miller Photography.
Booking terms remain controlling
These website terms govern use of the online system. The specific photography agreement, release, amendment, cancellation, reschedule, or termination record connected to a booking controls the photography services, fees, deliverables, and cancellation rights for that booking.
Accurate information
Clients and signers agree to provide accurate names, contact details, questionnaire answers, participant information, and payment information. A person may sign only for themselves or when legally authorized to sign for another person or organization.
Electronic signatures
Typing a name and accepting the electronic-signature consent is intended to create a binding electronic signature. Signature records may include the signed document fingerprint, timestamp, IP address, and browser information.
Private access
Private links and access PINs must not be shared with unauthorized people. Nic Miller Photography may restrict access when misuse, attempted unauthorized access, fraud, or interference with the system is suspected.
Payments and receipts
Payments are processed through Stripe. Amounts, due dates, refund rights, Non-Refundable Reservation Fees, cancellation fees, and remaining balances are determined by the applicable photography agreement and related records. Stripe-hosted receipts may serve as the transaction receipt.
Locked records
Signed agreements are preserved and cannot be rewritten or deleted as though they never existed. Later changes are documented through separate amendments, reschedules, cancellations, or termination records.
Client requests
Submitting a reschedule, cancellation, correction, or payment-arrangement request does not automatically approve it. A request becomes effective only when accepted or formally recorded by Nic Miller Photography.
Availability
The service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, provider outages, security work, or technical problems. Alternative communication or document delivery may be used when necessary.
Prohibited use
Users may not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security controls, upload unlawful or malicious material, impersonate another signer, or use the service for fraudulent purposes.
External services
The system may link to Stripe, a gallery platform, maps, email applications, or other third-party services. Those services operate under their own terms and policies.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the service changes. The effective date above identifies the current version.
