Information collected
Nic Miller Photography may collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, session and booking details, questionnaire responses, contract signatures, payment status, uploaded planning files, IP addresses, browser information, and activity records needed to provide photography services and protect contract integrity.
How information is used
Information is used to prepare and manage bookings, contracts, releases, questionnaires, payments, client requests, session planning, legal records, fraud prevention, and communication related to photography services.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Nic Miller Photography does not store complete payment-card numbers. Stripe may process payment and device information under its own privacy terms.
Service providers
Information may be processed by trusted providers used to operate this service, including website hosting, database hosting, payment processing, email applications, file storage, analytics, and gallery delivery. Information is shared only as reasonably necessary for those services.
Contracts and permanent records
Signed agreements, signatures, payment records, amendments, cancellations, reschedules, and terminations may be retained as permanent business and legal records. A request to correct contact information does not rewrite a previously signed agreement.
Client portal security
Private links, access PINs, and other access controls are intended only for assigned clients and signers. Clients are responsible for not forwarding private access credentials to unauthorized people.
Retention and deletion
Planning information may be retained for as long as reasonably needed to provide services, resolve disputes, comply with legal and tax obligations, and maintain business records. Test records may be deleted when they contain no real client payment or legally significant activity.
Your choices
You may request access to or correction of your contact and booking information. Some records cannot be deleted or altered when retention is required for contract, payment, tax, fraud-prevention, or legal purposes.
