RESERVATION AND PAYMENT
The amount due at signing reserves the session date and is applied toward the total price. The remaining balance is due according to the payment schedule shown in this agreement.
CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING
Cancellation, rescheduling, weather, illness, and late-arrival terms will be applied as written in the completed agreement.
CREATIVE DIRECTION AND EDITING
The client may share ideas and priorities. Nic Miller Photography retains professional judgment over lighting, posing, composition, image selection, editing, color treatment, and the final delivered gallery.
DELIVERY AND ARCHIVING
The estimated delivery timeline and included products will be stated in the session details. Long-term file storage is not guaranteed unless specifically included.
COPYRIGHT AND CLIENT USE
Copyright remains with Nic Miller Photography. The client receives the personal-use license stated in this agreement and may not sell, alter, license, or commercially distribute the photographs without written permission.
LIABILITY
Nic Miller Photography is not responsible for circumstances outside reasonable control, including location restrictions, weather, client lateness, guest interference, or equipment failure beyond available remedies stated in the final agreement.
